We at Prayagraj Silica Industries use a modular wet processing system designed to clean, classify, and upgrade raw silica sand by removing silt, clay, fines, and contaminants to meet industrial specifications. The process begins with controlled feeding and pre-screening, followed by wet washing and scrubbing to remove clay, silt, and surface impurities. The sand is then accurately classified by size and density to meet specific industry requirements.
